I can notice new setting

[Network]
#SpeedMeter=no
#SpeedMeterIntervalSec=10sec

in /etc/systemd/networkd.conf, which is mentioned in the
/usr/share/doc/systemd/NEWS.gz file.

But there's nothing about it in the networkd.conf(5) man page.
