systemd in buster broken with RootDirectory and User

Hello,

currently systemd is broken in buster regarding RootDirectory and User.

The issue was fixed in systemd 243 and the relevant commits are
referenced in the specific bug report:
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/12498

Any chance to get this fixed soon? This broke a lot of our services from
stretch.
