Thank you very much. This doesn't seem to be as easy as we think.
417770f3033c426ca848b158d0bf057cd8ad1329 applies to
systemd_241-7~deb10u4 with a bit of fuzz, but the test test-cap-list
does still fail, at least on a system with kernel 5.8.

When I disable the tests, the resulting packages install fine, the issue
with systemctl show is gone, and the system seems to run fine.

So the commit has the fix right but the test wrong.
