PKCS11 support seems missing in systemd 246

Hello,

I have recently tried using a PKCS#11 card with my cryptsetup with guidance
from: https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/crypttab.html
When testing my LUKS volume with 'systemd-cryptsetup attach ... -
"pkcs11-uri=..."' systemd-cryptsetup errors with: "PKCS#11 Token support not
available.".

Browsing through the systemd-246 source code I found that it seems to be
disabled if systemd is not configured with p11-kit when build.

Am I missing something, or is p11-kit deliberately left out of the debian
build of systemd?
