Package: kamailio,systemd
Version: kamailio/5.3.0-1
Version: systemd/230-7
Severity: grave

Another systemd related problem, (like happened with #921015 ), this
error seems does not hapened if are installed with apt.get

i try to install kamailio due other ways, like aptitude or gui others,
and in those ways will fail, because first selected package to install
are kamailio per se and some modules are not yet ready to use it,
this is the output due the systemd "thing" .. does not happened in devuan
with sysvinit or openrc only:

Feb 3 17:25:59 10-101-2-99 kamailio[21315]: Listening on

i cannot find what means "RUNTIME DIRECTORY" maybe are due in buster
now path are not set and maybe does not find property the paths, but
only happened with systemd related, i tested same package in devuan
(yes, it works, taking directly from debian) and installs property..

i also tested with mxlinux and works too also..
