Please attach the verbose debug log for systemd-logind.
For that, run systemctl edit systemd-logind.service

and enter
[Service]
Environment=SYSTEMD_LOG_LEVEL=debug

<exit and save>

Try to trigger then problem, then run
journalctl -b -u systemd-logind.service
and attach the output to this bug report
