Prominent examples appear to be gpg-agent and dirmngr:

    https://piuparts.debian.org/sid-strict/fail/gpg-agent_2.2.20-1.log
    https://piuparts.debian.org/sid-strict/fail/dirmngr_2.2.20-1.log

qa.d.o claims it turns blocks piuparts checks for their ~1k reverse
dependencies.
