Bug#963121: systemd: Systemd hangs 90 seconds on AUTHENTICATING at shutdown/restart

This looks like you are using GNOME where the login session is managed
by systemd --user. Is that correct?

I fail to see the systemd bug here, just some services that don't
terminate properly and are killed after the user 90s timeout.
Can you elaborate?
