The relevant error is:
 Not-handled unaligned insn 0x0f8011dc
which translates to this assembler statement:
 ldcw 0(ret0),ret0

The ldcw expects an 16-byte aligned address, but in some specific version of
hppa's glibc implementation was a bug which could not guarantee this.

You either need a fixed install media, or even better an updated
qemu build which reports this misalignment instead of stopping.
