until this is fixed, this is one temporary work-around:

revert to the previous versions of these packages

libnss-systemd_244.3-1_amd64.deb
libpam-systemd_244.3-1_amd64.deb
libsystemd0_244.3-1_amd64.deb
systemd_244.3-1_amd64.deb
systemd-sysv_244.3-1_amd64.deb


if you don't have them in /var/cache/apt/archives
get them from http://snapshot.debian.org/
