Bug#987567: systemd: upgrade to 247 breaks unprileged LXC startup

Hello!

I think it will be nice to provide upgrade warning that due to chande of
default cgroup hierarchy in systemd, existing unprivileged containers cannot be
started and it may need manual intervention.
