I've build a version with this diff applied and now the addresses 
stays configured. The status however is still failed which didn't 
occur with v249. I'll try to find the other missing part for that. 

$ networkctl
IDX LINK   TYPE     OPERATIONAL SETUP
1 lo     loopback carrier     unmanaged
2 enp3s0 ether    routable    failed
3 wlp2s0 wlan     routable    failed

I'm not sure how common this failure is, maybe it's also the 
fritzbox's fault for doing something weird. Can't imagine other 
people not running into this otherwise.
