WARNING: dh_installsystemd is moving unit files to /usr/lib/systemd/system

I think we should start doing the same for udev files in 
/lib/udev/rules.d (i.e. move rules files vi dh_installudev). I will file 
bugs against debhelper and lintian so we can coordinate that.

Thanks for the hint.

I guess after some point, I'd like to see lintian switched to actually 
flag packages that still install files in /lib/systemd/system, i.e. warn 
about them, so we can track the progress of the conversion to 
/usr/lib/systemd/system
We currently have well over 1100 packages installing over 2200 service 
files in /lib, so it's probably too early to do that. Maybe in a couple 
of months.
