Are you aware, that you already have a symlink
/dev/disk/by-label/GRNSD

What's the point in creating another one named
/dev/GRNSD ?

Do those users/groups exist? Is the rules file embedded in the 
initramfs? Is the device plugged in during boot or attached later?
