Dear Maintainer,

Please create /dev/serial/ persistant rules for plateform (pci/soc) serial port.

It will help for developping NTP GPS displined board for freedom box and other uses based on olimex board

persistant serial name are created for usb device and not for soc/pci serial board that render harder to bind serial port to a particular use.

Thanks

Bastien
