Bug#984707: systemd-networkd: DHCP-assigned IPv6 address lost after router restart, backport of bd7d6cec

Hello Tiziano,

the next stable point release 10.9 will be Saturday
March 27th. Processing of new uploads into buster-proposed-updates will
be frozen during the preceding weekend.

Since I lack the setup to verify the fix, I have to rely on you.
If you want to see this fixed in stable, it would be great to have a 
confirmation really soon, that this commit really fixes the issue you 
are seeing.
