Bug#993738: systemd: same problem with multiple patition with same partlabel

Dear Maintainer,

Looks like i was hit by simillar problem following upgrade from buster to bullseye.
Symptom : several LVM logical volume are not started at boot time,
entering emergency shell, waiting few minutes, and doing "mount -a" allow to boot
quite strange...

"journalctl -xb" log was full of : systemd-udev device Failed to update device symlinks: Too many levels of symbolic links

After investigation, problem was cause by having 80+ GPT partitions with same partlabel :-)
causing, a least, problems to populate /dev/disk/by-partlabel directory
(partlabel was not needed, an error longtime ago in script creating GPT partition caused this)
Removing/clearing partlabel for all partition with command like "sgdisk -c42:"" /dev/sdd" solve the issue

Don't know if it's a bug, but in buster the machine booted fine, it's more like a regretion
Not sure a lot of user have 80+ partitions with same partlabel, hope this message can help them :-)
