Dear Maintainer,

systemd-bootchart FTBFS on riscv64.
Because systemd-bootchart does not support on this arch.

https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=systemd-bootchart&arch=riscv64&ver=234-1&stamp=1621474716&raw=0
```
  198 | #  error "Please register your architecture here!"
      |    ^~~~~
src/architecture.h:202:2: warning: #warning "PROC_CPUINFO_MODEL not defined for your architecture" [-Wcpp]
  202 | #warning "PROC_CPUINFO_MODEL not defined for your architecture"
make[3]: *** [Makefile:1062: src/svg.o] Error 1
make[3]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
libtool: compile:  gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I.
```

And this problem has already been fixed in upstream[0].
Could you take it in?

Best regards,
  Nobuhiro
