Bug#1016798: ifupdown: ship Ubuntu's integration scripts for systemd-resolved

Dear Maintainer(s),

We have uploaded a new systemd-resolved package, currently in
experimental, that configures itself to be the default resolver.
This works out of the box with NetworkManager and systemd-networkd,
but requires integration scripts for ifupdown.

Ubuntu has been shipping said integration scripts in their version of
the package, see debian/if-up.d/resolved and debian/if-down.d/resolved
in :

Would you please consider adopting those two scripts?
