Bug#1017347: netplan.io: autopkgtest needs update after systemd-resolved split

Dear netplan.io Maintainers,

src:systemd 251.3-2~exp1 split resolved into a new binary package,
systemd-resolved. The netplan.io autopkgtests try to enable the
systemd-resolved.service, and have now started failing. The failure
might prevent systemd from migrating to testing.

Please depend on systemd-resolved, and/or libnss-resolve.
