Good catch, that wasn't an intentional exclusion: I was using

    dak rm -R -n -b policykit-1

on the DD-accessible mirror of ftp-master, and that doesn't yet pay
attention to tests' dependencies (Testsuite-Triggers would be an upper
bound for what's needed). Looks like I have some more bugs to open...
