systemd-modules-load is only the messenger here, not the cause.

What happens if you try to load the module manually via
modprobe/insmod?

What kernel are your using (hint: please use reportbug next time so this 
information is added automatically).

I don't see this kernel module being shipped by the official Debian kernel.

Have you manually set up your system to load the firewire_sbp2 module?
This is not the default configuration.
