What I can see here is that "Before" the Xorg server was apparently 
ready after 16.597/16.818 and "After" it is after 15.909/14.644. So it 
is actually quicker?
So is this maybe just a perceived slowness?

That said, as neither Yves-Alexis nor me is able to reproduce any issues 
here, your best bet, if you think this is related to systemd, is to run 
a git bisect to find the commit which changed the behaviour.
