Uploading 251 to unstable

Hello Michael,

I've uploaded v251 to experimental yesterday. There weren't many
changes with the RCs which have been there for a long while now, and
nothing major was reported, so I'd say we could upload to unstable
tomorrow?

That way we open up experimental again - I have some changes to enable
homed, and you have the sd-boot ones. We could merge all of these into
an experimental branch and upload to experimental, so that it can sit
in NEW for however long it needs for the new packages.

Does this sound like a plan?
