Stepping down as systemd maintainer

Hi,

after 13 years, I decided to step down as systemd maintainer and I've 
removed myself as Uploader from all systemd related packages at 
https://salsa.debian.org/systemd-team/, turned off gitlab notifications 
and unsubscribed from pkg-systemd-maintainers at l.a.d.n
I think it's time to move on and pass on the responsibility.

It was a fun ride, despite all the controversies and the energy that it 
took at times. I'm proud of what we achieved.

I granted Luca admin privs for the pkg-systemd-maintainers mailing list 
and there are enough DDs for the systemd-team salsa team with owner 
privileges.
