Bug#1090716: Please fix initrd UKI hook placement in stable-bpo

Dear colleagues,

I decided to go with a UKI image signed for SecureBoot with systemd-boot and ukify
and I noticed that initrd is not getting copied to the kernel staging area with src:systemd
from current bookworm-backports.

The fix [1] resolves the issue, so please upload a new version to stable-bpo with
/etc/kernel/install.d/85-initrd.install hook renamed to 55-initrd.install
