Then, why outputting such a useless message???

This message has no interest for the end user. Worse, the user may
wonder whether there is something wrong. For a few weeks, there have
been 5 bug reports + all the users (including me) who had to do a
search on the web for this message.

Moreover, the word "ignoring" as written in the message is misleading.
As I understand it, it means that *systemd* ignores the duplicate
line, not that the user should ignore the message (which would be
rather stupid: if some information related to something expected and
harmless is to be ignored, then do not provide such information in
the first place). And the fact that systemd ignores the duplicate
line does not mean that there isn't an issue somewhere, in particular
if this is reported like here.
