The logs are showing what the issues are:

/var/lib/machines/debian-sid.nspawn:4: Unknown key 'PrivateUsersChown' in section [Exec], ignoring.
Ignoring TemporaryFileSystem=, Bind= and BindReadOnly= settings, file /var/lib/machines/debian-sid.nspawn is not trusted.
Ignoring network settings, file /var/lib/machines/debian-sid.nspawn is not trusted.
Ignoring PrivateUsers= and PrivateUsersChown= settings, file /var/lib/machines/debian-sid.nspawn is not trusted.

One setting is in the wrong section, and others are ignored because of
the cmdline used. Please fix the settings and the cmdline and then
update the wiki page accordingly.
