Package: libnss-myhostname
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
the manpage for libnss-myhostname contains this line:
```
It is recommended to place "myhostname" after "file" and before "dns".
```
However the correct name is not "file" but "files", so the line should
be:
```
It is recommended to place "myhostname" after "files" and before "dns".
```
Using "file" instead of "files" leads to /etc/hosts not being used and
thus causing hostname resolution failures for hostnames defined in that
file.
The documentation should therefore be fixed. It applies to both sid and
bookworm.
