Result of evtest when pressing Backspace on my HP Elitebook 2170p:

on udev 256.7-3:

The culprit may be https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/93b078c3dd40b10eed34a77d514b1db7493b17cf 

( https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/34685 ), as HP Elitebook 2170p uses scancode 66 for backspace.

The full set of Fn-keys for HP Elitebook 2170p is attached.

The title for this issue could be changed to "udev 257~rc2-3 breaks backspace of HP Elitebook 2170p".
