I ran apt upgrade on a system with systemd-boot installed

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
I ran apt-upgrade

   * What was the outcome of this action?

Setting up systemd-boot (257.9-1~deb13u1) ...
Skipping "/boot/efi/EFI/systemd/systemd-bootx64.efi", same boot loader version in place already.
Skipping "/boot/efi/EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.EFI", same boot loader version in place already.
Skipping "/boot/efi/EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.EFI", same boot loader version in place already.
install: cannot create regular file '/boot/efi/EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.efi': File exists
