The udev rules in Solaar are not up to date with the old kernel changes
that required switching the actions around, and this needs to be fixed
there. IE, it needs to handle 'change' action types too. This was
changed by the kernel a long long time ago, so it's pure luck that it
didn't affect the package so far.
