Bug#1112535: /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-networkd: segfault after upgrade to 257.8-1~deb13u1, no connectivity after reboot

Just ran headlong into this as well. I'm glad I did my workstation first 
as my VM host is running the same config and my whole network would now 
be offline had I applied it there.

I concur with raising the severity of this bug and eagerly await a fixed 
package.
