Package: systemd-sysv
Version: 257.13-1~deb13u1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where
appropriate ***

    * What led up to the situation?
After cold start Debian 13 is booting fine, but after software
reboot command booting process stops with "No option to boot to" in the
BIOS error on Supermicro X13SCL-F motherboard with Snandisk WDS250G2G0C
NVMe disk.

    * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
      ineffective)?
"reboot" - hangs on booting process
"shutdown -h now" and powering on with physical button - booting
properly
systemctl reboot -ff - hangs on booting process
I`ve already tried to increase the boot delay in the BIOS, disbale
ASPM in BIOS and by adding pcie_aspm=off parameter in the grub configuration

    * What was the outcome of this action?
     as described obove
    * What outcome did you expect instead?
     to properly boot the system
