Thanks Bill. Someone really ought to get around fixing the BTS to
always CC the submitter on anything sent to their bug report.

Something added entries called Debian and Linux Boot Manager. Before
that with GRUB-EFI the host booted just fine using the firmware's
generic UEFI OS entry.
