Bug#1129276: systemd: Still not working 260~rc2-1

I may confirm the same behaviour. I run debian sid with Cinnamon and lightdm, all ttys except tty1 disappeared after updating systemd, a few days ago, and version 260~rc2-1 did not fixed the issue.
