Bug#1130597: systemd-boot-efi 260~rc3 fails to boot via UEFI (hangs), 260~rc2 works

Unfortunately, there is no loader output with `log-level debug`. The system
gets stuck at a very early boot stage on the firmware screen. There may be
a problem with the specific firmware.

`bootctl` output is attached for reference.
