[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#239342: New readlink is in unstable

As reported before, the new fixed readlink program is included in coreutils 5.9*.

coreutils 5.93 is now in unstable!  When the latter drops into testing
it will be a good time to revert checkroot.sh, mountvirtfs and rmnologin
to using the standard (i.e., coreutils) version of the readlink program.
This involves the following changes to the initscripts package:

* Omit /lib/init/readlink
* Depend on coreutils >= 5.93
* Remove /lib/init from PATH in the aforementioned scripts
* Mention in changelog that this Closes: #239342

(The package must remain arch-dependent since /bin/mountpoint is also a binary.)
