[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Further revisions needed

Consequent upon Chris Lawrence's remarks[0] in the "How to use lsb init-functions"
thread on debian-devel, I plan to revise those sections of the initscripts that
output verbosely using this schema:

     log_action_msg "Blah"
     do_thing && log_success_msg "Blah." || log_failure_msg "Blah."

In the meantime it would still be nice if people would test the packages built
from current svn.
