Boot-Up Manager (bum)  is a sysv-rc init graphical editor (
http://packages.debian.org/bum ) It is in debian testing/unstable.
Bum is fully compliant with standard boot mechanism using symlinks in
/etc/rc?.d and can be added as a suggested package for sysv-rc.
