[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#362888: sysv-rc: meaning of may and must

In the file /etc/init.d/README I read "scripts may not rely".  I think
that this should be "scripts must not rely".  The rest of the text seems
to confirm that.  Patch attached.
