Hello,

current version of initscripts call "swapon -a -e" in
/etc/init.d/mountall.sh

However, the -e Switch of swapon has only been introduced in util-linux 
2.11x, so I think initscripts should have a versioned dependency on a
sufficiently recent version of the mount package. 
(at least version 2.11x-1)
