[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Why do we fall back to trying /sbin/portmap?

Interestingly, mountnfs.sh decides whether or not to start portmap based on what it
finds in /etc/fstab. /etc/rcS.d/S43portmap does not read fstab but seems to start
portmap unconditionally.

portmap maintainers: Would it be OK to remove the call to /etc/init.d/portmap from
/etc/rcS.d/S45mountnfs.sh if we depend on the current version of the portmap
package?
