[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Release additional loop mounts on shutdown? (#288016)

Following on from out discussion about loop mounts, should we implement
with #288016?  It asks for the addition of new code that would
run just before umountfs and would umount and "losetup -d" all loop
mounts listed in /proc/mounts.  It is claimed that this has the advantage
of releasing "manual" loop mounts whereas the current umountfs does not.

If the claim is true then it seems reasonable to add this code to umountfs.
