[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] sysvinit -12 release, please

I think we should make a new sysvinit release (2.86.ds1-12) to sid.  Until today
I was thinking that we should let -11 go into testing before uploading again; but
a couple of non-insignificant bugs have turned up which I think warrant replacing
the sid version:

* initscripts postinst: mount{kern,devsub}fs.sh calls cause problems for pbuilder
  (Reported on debian-devel)
* bootclean: Fails to remove some directories in /tmp (#350218)

I would consider increasing the urgency of the -12 upload if I hadn't made these
changes already:

  * init: 41_selinux_console.dpatch: print to same console as others do
    (Closes: #349149)
  * checkroot.sh: Don't try to enable swap if a swap device is
    /dev/mapper/* or a swapfile  (Closes: #346329, #348534)
    Don't check for /dev/md* any more, since this was only necessary
    for Linux pre-2.4.
