[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Support for kernels without tmpfs

Do we still support kernels without tmpfs? No tmpfs means no SysV SHM,
which is not a valid desktop configuration. OTOH, if one knows he doesn't
need SysV SHM, no tmpfs support would be useful. But that means we'd need
to support systems without an early RW filesystem.

What do we do? Support machines without the initrw filesystem ? Drop
support for those (i.e. make tmpfs support mandatory) ?
