[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#392059: checkroot.sh: Differentiate between /forcefsck for all fs and for only the root fs

I'd like to see some extension for the "/forcefsck" trigger, that only
scans the root fs. In my special case I'd like the server to be up again
as soon as possible, but with a fsck on the root fs. Doing a fsck on the
remaining ~1 TB on other fs is not a good idea in this case.

My suggestion:
- use /forcefsck in checkfs.sh
- use /forcerootfsck (and not /forcefsck) in checkroot.sh
