Yes, with above patch applied, it boots perfectly.

    Will now check root file system:fsck 1.39 (29-May-2006)
    [/sbin/fsck.ext3 (1) -- /tmp/rootdev] fsck.ext3 -a -C0 /tmp/rootdev
