IDE (and also old SATA) subsystems do everything right. In fact, IDE and old
SATA *do the right thing for poweroff*, unlike SCSI/libata.
So, as soon as SCSI is fixed, we will be able to depreacate, and eventually
remove the crap in halt(8).
