[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Adding a sysvinit team member?

Hi.  I suggest adding Kel Modderman as a new sysvinit alioth team
member.  He is one of the few active with sysvinit development, and I
believe he would be a great contributor to maintaining the sysvinit
system in Debian.

He has worked with me on the dependency based boot sequencing stuff
the last year, and have also proposed several patches to improve the
update-rc.d interface for Lenny+1.

Any objections?  If not, I plan to add him to the Alioth project in a
week.
